I’m new to yoga, but I’ve had a great introduction from Sarah’s yoga sessions! Sarah’s an excellent teacher and her strategies for explaining what we need to do and why, makes me feel really comfortable and sure of myself in her classes. The pace is great and there is a balance of exercise and relaxation. After the class I feel really calm and invigorated. I never thought I’d describe yoga classes as fun but Sarah’s sessions definitely are – she gets us to really understand and work on the postures and movements but we have a lot of laughs too. The classes are friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend them
